Shipment: We usually ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority/Express 1-2 business days after receipt of your payment and will provide tracking number to you. We normally ship to PayPal confirmed address; shipment may delay or items may not be shipped to unconfirmed address. For USPS Express, USPS Global Express, or USPS Priority shipping, a confirmed address is required. * International customers: tracking information is available upon request. Return Policy:If you are not satisfied with the item, you can exchange or return the item for a full refund of the auction or Buy-It-Now amount. Item must be returned in its original condition with tags attached for refund. You must notify the Seller for authorization and return the item within seven (7) days after receipt of the item. Shipping and Handling charges cannot be refunded. The Seller is not liable for missing or damaged returns so we suggest that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance options for return or exchange. Please include the original packing slip and package when you return the package with a notice that you would like to return or exchange for a different size/item. Refund or exchange will be made within 7 days after returned item is received. Refund will be made the same way it’s paid, through PayPal or Money Order. The Buyer will need to pay his own shipping to send the item back to the Seller; the Seller will ship the replacement item free of charge via UPS ground. We guarantee our product quality. In the event that you receive a wrong item or a defective product, we will refund the total of your payment including shipping and tax (if applicable) plus your shipping back cost via UPS ground or USPS Priority. We could also ship a replacement item per your agreement via UPS Ground or USPS Priority as soon as we get your return. The Seller will not assume any other responsibility due to the mistake or the defective product.
